| I came to 911 with a rather large website that has a massive amount of functionality. I was in great need of a complete website php version upgrade along with an HTML upgrade and complete website validation. My website was slowly getting to the point of being completely outdated and would soon start to not even function. The load times even at the point of not being very heavily loaded were terrible. 911 and the developers completed many upgrades to the website and have always communicated well. The validation alone has drastically improved my website load times. The php version upgrade, which I am sure was a massive undertaking has been completed on local which is one of the better ideas anyone has ever offered me. In short, after being through the wash with an outdated website and script writers that just couldn't deliver. 911 and the good people working there have saved my site. | It's very simple: My site was hacked and I wasn't able to contact my web designer or clean it up myself. I called these guys and the malware was removed within hours. The site is up and running perfectly, they installed some security measures to make sure it never happens again, and followed up to make sure everything is still working fine. | Got to know these fellas when I was posting on some work required on the virtuemart forums, initially I was skeptical since most offshore teams I worked with could never deliver on time and would have incremental cost after telling you it could be done for $X. 911WSR has proved to be efficient, if they tell you it can be done within a day, it's done within a day, tickets are being responded to on time and I chat with my programmer on Skype all the time. | We have been using the 911websiterepair services for several years now. They do there best to get our tasks completed in a timely manor. I assign my tasks, and within days they are completed, or they are asking for more details. They never complain, they just keep on working. Recently our website was hacked. The team dropped everything and took care of the site. I tried to fix myself, even as they were logged in and working on it, but it was there knowledge and skills that restored our site. | Recently my WORDPRESS website was hacked and loaded with malware. Anyone accessing the site from Google saw the warning message, and hopefully it set off their virus scanner. My regular webmaster was not available and I had limited logins. I contacted 911websiterepair and they did what they had to do to get the logins to fix the site. They persisted and followed up with me constantly via phone, e-mail, and their ticket system. They even called me! They never let the matter drop even though quite a bit of time had passed while I tried to get them the needed logins. They told me that once they had the login to the server, they could fix the site within a few hours. They kept their word. Once they received access, they fixed the site by the next morning. Not only was it fixed, but they then took extra measures to secure the site from future hacking attempts. I am very pleased with the way they do business and their ability to follow up. I am publishing a new book in the fall and I have already discussed having the programmer build me an ecommerce site so I can sell my books online. | I presented the team with an extremely complex project for VirtueMart 2.0. We needed to recreate the product and category templates to match our print catalog. This also required unconventional layouts and the ability for selecting quantizes for wholesalers. They needed to be able to select colors, multiple styles and quantities from one page, as well as display images of the various products. The programmer did it with no problems. I used there ticket system and occasional skype chats to assign tasks and review them as completed. They more then exceeded my expectation. Ability, communication and timeliness were excellent. I am now considering putting them on retainer for any maintenance tasks that may come up. Great job programmers!! | A section of our website needed a bunch of changes, fixes and updates. The layouts were all messed up and needed to be redone, and we only had three days for it to be completed. We found Mike through a friend. His team efficiently handled the problems and they managed to get it all done by Friday. We worked through his ticket system and had the opportunity to review and tweak every task as it was done. They moved fast and accurately, with the staff calling to make sure we had what we needed. The manager kept the work on target and explained issues as the work progressed. Later we had another project for them and they were even better.
